Job Description

  • Consult and collate business requirements and processes; identify and document use cases and process flows
  • Responsible for understanding the business processes and designing solutions to develop and execute the new system
  • Perform business analysis and provide stakeholders and senior business management with information key for recommendations for decision making in project direction, process, and strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deliver business requirements or resolve issues during the project
  • Follow through with the defect resolutions and ensure all defects are resolved within the timeframe.
  • Create and execute testing plans and coordinate both the System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • At least a minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Domain knowledge in Banking and payment applications is preferred.
  • Good in making required documents, meeting minutes, dealing with clients, reporting, Good interpersonal skills, Good command of English
  • Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Description

  • Manage multiple projects and provide problem-solving support within the team
  • Implement user acquisition strategies at campaigns & Road Shows from bank
  • Identify trends in workforce movement for the acquisition plan
  • Instill and ensure a “client-centric”, service-oriented approach to customer acquisition
  • Manage the negotiation, closing, and administrative process involved in the full lifecycle   experienced by user acquisition
  • Collaborated with all teams from A+ wallet to manage day-to-day acquisition plan
  • Establish and maintain high-level, working familiarity with acquisition terms and content
  • If workload permits, assist executives with day-to-day administration and delivery issues for      customer onboarding deals
  • Build and/or maintain databases (which also create reports) for competitive/dynamic information
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly reports that track team acquisitions
  • Prepare reports and PowerPoint decks as needed for internal teams
  • Develop, lead and execute acquisition strategies & initiatives
  • Oversee, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition activities

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in user acquisition fields.
  • Previous working experience in a Banking or mobile wallet organization is an advantage.
  • Experience in strategic planning, result-oriented based management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in conflict situations and under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Establish and maintain Partner Accounts Reconciliation (Prime Agent, Super-agent, Agent, Merchant, Agent-Merchant Accounts) and Trial Balance Accounts Reconciliation (E-Money)
  • Manage user Accounts Reconciliation (Level-1, Level-2, MB User Accounts) and cashback A/C _ Expenses (Reconcile and Transfer to Respective accounts)
  • Maintaining Income and Expense Accounts (Reconcile and Transfer to Core Banking System)
  • Reconciliation and settlement for Cash in with Card MPU
  • Reconciliation and settlement for Cash in with Card Visa/Master
  • Maintain error and dispute Case for Cash in with Card MPU and 2C2P EBA Account Prefunding
  • Monitoring Account Balance (Account with A Bank, Account with MEB, Account with AYA, 2C2P EBA Balance, Euro Account, Payroll Account for A Plus)
  • Checking  for Daily E-Money Transactions (Air Time Top up, Bill Payment) and reversal of Inter Bank Transfer Error and Other Transaction Error
  • Checking  Manual Admin Transfer Voucher for reconciliation and UAT Testing Transactions
  • Involving in meetings and project discussions
  • Checking Error Transactions, analyzing the root cause and solution
  • Monitoring marketing Campaign’s Transaction Monitoring, Settlement, and Reconciliation
  • Preparing monthly Reports and CBM Reports

Job Requirements
