Job Description

  • Assists the Branch Manager in driving sales and in implementing sales plans in order to ensure the achievement of the branch’s targets and objectives
  • Drive interest income and other fees for the bank by building and managing relationship corporate clients, SME clients, individual and identify cross and up selling opportunities
  • Prospect potential clients, acquire the new accounts; identify clients’ needs, financial requirements turn prospects into successful deals

Job Description

Marketing Campaigns Supervisor is to o ensure marketing campaigns achieve their objectives. They work with the Marketing Manager to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet sales targets.

They will be reporting to the Marketing Strategy team to manage all digital campaigns of A Bank and its related products and services.

  • Brainstorm new campaign ideas to achieve the overall marketing goals of A bank and A+.
  • Advise and aid Marketing Strategy Manager on budgeting and share of money spent on ATL, BTL, and TTL.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Internal Business teams on campaign execution.
  • Work with Internal Data and Social media data sources to capture Brand Awareness, TOMA, U&A, and competitor analysis of the company and present them to management.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
  • Brief Internal teams on the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a management role in communications/creative background.
  • Previous working experience in an international organization is an advantage.
