Job Description

  • Manage multiple projects and provide problem-solving support within the team
  • Implement user acquisition strategies at campaigns & Road Shows from bank
  • Identify trends in workforce movement for the acquisition plan
  • Instill and ensure a “client-centric”, service-oriented approach to customer acquisition
  • Manage the negotiation, closing, and administrative process involved in the full lifecycle   experienced by user acquisition
  • Collaborated with all teams from A+ wallet to manage day-to-day acquisition plan
  • Establish and maintain high-level, working familiarity with acquisition terms and content
  • If workload permits, assist executives with day-to-day administration and delivery issues for      customer onboarding deals
  • Build and/or maintain databases (which also create reports) for competitive/dynamic information
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly reports that track team acquisitions
  • Prepare reports and PowerPoint decks as needed for internal teams
  • Develop, lead and execute acquisition strategies & initiatives
  • Oversee, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition activities

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in user acquisition fields.
  • Previous working experience in a Banking or mobile wallet organization is an advantage.
  • Experience in strategic planning, result-oriented based management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in conflict situations and under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Design and produce wireframes, user flows, mockups and prototypes
  • Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
  • Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
  • Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, etc.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile apps and HTML(Web) Components.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Xd, Figma, and Photoshop software.

Job Description

  • Be responsible for establishing 24x7 primary support service requirements - shift management, skill set & training requirements, intake processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with service owners across global IT to understand primary support requirements, and opportunities to enhance services, reduce outages, and improve application/system availability.
  • Develop, mentor, and train the NOC staff. Produce efficient resolution to technical incidents
  • Monitoring switch and data network elements and responding to network alarms and events. Manage and document Standards, Policies, and Processes for the NOC.
  • Perform regular process improvement reviews to ensure ongoing optimization
  • Assist with various service-related projects as requested.
  • Manage projects to upgrade and maintain NOC technologies (AppDynamics, Elastic Stack, etc.).
  • Must have to go to trip every time when the meet urgently case.

Job Requirements

  • A+ or similar hardware training and certification are preferred
  • Network engineering knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with systems and network monitoring tools is a must
  • Familiarity with various systems administration tools is necessary
  • The ability to perform basic troubleshooting skills for systems and network is mandatory
  • Linux and open source tools experience is a plus
  • Must be familiar with various remote support tools
  • Service Desk ticketing software experience is preferred
  • Able to work nightshift is a plus and must have 5+years’ experience in related field
  • ITIL Foundation training or knowledge is desirable

  • Follow through with the defect resolutions and ensure all defects are resolved within the timeframe.
  • Create and execute testing plans and coordinate both the System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test
