Job Description

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of a creative lead to produce high-quality work. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you’re passionate about design and eager to learn more, we’d like to meet you.

  • Understand project requirements and concepts.
  • Plan and implement new designs.
  • Optimise existing user interface designs.
  • Pitch creative ideas and collaborate with team members to launch projects.
  • Creating style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups and translating sketches /wireframes into fully functional prototypes
  • Communicate with business partners and other project owners to understand the marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Closely collaborate with creative leads on a daily basis and get creative direction to create delightful user experience in all stages of user journey.
  • Collaborate with designers and assist in creating graphic designs for social media and print ads when needed.
  • Provides quality assurance on creative deliverables.

Job Requirements
  • B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience as a UX/UI and Graphic Designer for up to 2 years is required
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app /Web and graphic design.
  • Understanding of Responsive design mobile platform design guidelines.
  • Awareness of the latest trends in design and developments in web technologies, best design practices, UX/UI.
  • Experience with design software (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Mobile app UX/UI experience is a must.
  • Experience in graphic design is a plus.
  • Good Command in English.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities

  • Establish and maintain Partner Accounts Reconciliation (Prime Agent, Super-agent, Agent, Merchant, Agent-Merchant Accounts) and Trial Balance Accounts Reconciliation (E-Money)
  • Manage user Accounts Reconciliation (Level-1, Level-2, MB User Accounts) and cashback A/C _ Expenses (Reconcile and Transfer to Respective accounts)
  • Maintaining Income and Expense Accounts (Reconcile and Transfer to Core Banking System)
  • Reconciliation and settlement for Cash in with Card MPU
  • Reconciliation and settlement for Cash in with Card Visa/Master
  • Maintain error and dispute Case for Cash in with Card MPU and 2C2P EBA Account Prefunding
  • Monitoring Account Balance (Account with A Bank, Account with MEB, Account with AYA, 2C2P EBA Balance, Euro Account, Payroll Account for A Plus)
  • Checking  for Daily E-Money Transactions (Air Time Top up, Bill Payment) and reversal of Inter Bank Transfer Error and Other Transaction Error
  • Checking  Manual Admin Transfer Voucher for reconciliation and UAT Testing Transactions
  • Involving in meetings and project discussions
  • Checking Error Transactions, analyzing the root cause and solution
  • Monitoring marketing Campaign’s Transaction Monitoring, Settlement, and Reconciliation
  • Preparing monthly Reports and CBM Reports

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in related fields
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in the finance and reporting field.
  • Previous working experience in a Banking or mobile wallet organization is an advantage.
  • Experience in strategic planning, result-oriented based management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in conflict situations and under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
